Enson Tsui is a seasoned property development and construction professional with nearly 20 years of experience across Australia and international markets. He specialises in residential development, land subdivision, project feasibility, sales, and asset management.
As Director of MAC Living, Enson leads product development and sales strategy for residential projects, consistently achieving annual sales exceeding AUD 60 million. He has established strong relationships with investors, funding partners, and sales networks, bringing extensive expertise in delivering successful property developments. Fluent in English and Chinese dialects, he excels in cross-border investment and multicultural business environments.
Terry He
Head of Project Management
Terry He is a senior property sales and investment professional with over 15 years of experience across real estate, investment advisory, and financial management. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Melbourne, he combines strong financial expertise with deep market knowledge. Since joining the real estate industry in 2014, Terry has established himself as a top-performing house-and-land specialist, earning Top Sales Agent recognition for seven consecutive years while leading high-performing sales teams across Melbourne.
As Head of Project Management at MAC Living’s Art Residence, Terry oversees project selection, investment analysis, and sales execution, ensuring projects deliver strong commercial outcomes for investors and clients. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, he has extensive experience working with local and international investors, building trusted relationships across diverse markets.
Heshan Silvapulle
Head of Project Delivery
Heshan Silvapulle is a highly experienced construction and development professional with over 20 years of expertise delivering residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects across Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) and qualifications in Building and Building Surveying from RMIT University, bringing extensive knowledge in project delivery, construction management, and regulatory compliance.
As Head of Project Delivery at MAC Living, Heshan oversees construction operations, contractor management, budgeting, quality assurance, and project execution, ensuring developments are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. With experience managing projects valued at up to AUD 66 million, he is recognised for his expertise in cost control, procurement, consultant coordination, and delivering high-quality developments.
Milan Surla
Head of Operations and Procurement
Milan is a highly experienced operations and construction management professional with over 20 years of expertise spanning residential construction, medium-density developments, and national building operations. He has held senior leadership roles with prominent Australian builders, including Burbank Group and JG King Homes, where he successfully oversaw administration, drafting, estimating, procurement, and construction delivery.
As National Operations and Construction Manager at Burbank Urban, Milan drove business expansion into South Australia and Queensland while reporting directly to the National General Manager. Backed by qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration, OH&S, and Contract Administration, he is recognized for his strong leadership, strategic procurement, and results-driven focus on risk management and operational efficiency.
